New Member Orientation: Navigating the Seas of Transition

First time in career transition?

Don’t know the difference between a “positioning statement” and “professional bio?”

Staring at a blank search engine screen, with no idea what to type?

You are not alone! Join some of your more experienced career transition peers for a 30-minute session where you will receive information, resource lists and personal support that will help to guide you through this initial phase of career transition.

Starting in January 2010, we will hold a new member orientation session after each Career Transitions meeting. Registration will be available on-site, first come first serve, for the first 20 attendees. This program will be held monthly for first-time members who do not have the benefit of outplacement services.

NOTE:  If you plan to join us, please print out and bring the attached document.  It will be used during the mentoring session.
