New Member Orientation

Learn How to Navigate the Seas of Transition

First time in career transition? Don’t know the difference between a “positioning statement” and “professional bio”?
Staring at a blank search engine screen, with no idea what to type? My Career Transitions’ New Member Orientation can help. And, like all of our services, it’s free!

New Member Orientation takes place before each general monthly meeting from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with our general session following at 9:45 a.m. During this 60-minute orientation, you’ll get information, resource lists and personal support that will help to guide you through this initial phase of career transition.

Registration is required. To register, go to the Upcoming MCT Meetings page and register for the next general meeting. Open the link for our latest meeting and you’ll have the option to sign up for New Member Orientation as shown in the example below:

NOTE:  If you plan to join us, please print out and bring the Participant Handout. Additional information and resources are available on the NMO Toolkit page on this site.
